You and other managers who interview will benefit from this technique.  Invite them.  Bring a wi-fi device to access the internet and Kirk Young will show you how to structure a behavioral interview for any job you choose.  Learn techniques to conduct a deep interview, expose candidate character, and avoid pitfalls. Establish an end-in-mind job model that defines full-engagement to improve your selection success ratio.   

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

 

Participants will learn to apply a behavioral interviewing technique that helps the candidate speak to real-life experience and helps the interviewer expose the persons character and fit for the job.  Leaders will learn to create a full-engagement model, for any job, and improve the interview data for better success/failure hiring predictions.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

 

Participants will be asked to bring a device to access the internet for this facilitator led seminar. Public information from the Occupational Network will be used by each participant to create a real full-engagement model for a job in their organization, and structure a behavioral interview for that job.
